We are passionate about the food we serve. We hand craft all of our sausages, toppings, condiments and sides from the finest local, seasonal, sustainably raised ingredients.

We believe very seriously that you are what you eat. We also believe that the care taken and the methods used in growing and raising the poultry, livestock, fish and vegetables we use is every bit as important as the care we take in preparing your food.

We DO NOT believe in the unnecessary use of antibiotics, hormones, GMO's, nitrates, preservatives, or pesticides. We work with local farmers and merchants to source the best ingredients for the sake of our food, your health, and for the sake of mother earth.
